Dear Chris

We just wanted to thank all at MakaTipi for their hard work and excellent setup for our youngest daughter’s recent wedding.

The Tipi was magnificent, and was complimented by everyone, often very enthusiastically. One person, clearly affected by the romance of the occasion, described it as a ‘cathedral in canvas’! There is no doubt that it is much more spacious and less complicated than other tipis I have been in, and there was ample room for 115 guests to eat, a large sitting out area - well decorated - and a dance floor with a 7 piece band.

We would also wish to compliment the whole team for their efficiency, professionalism and attention to detail. Above all, they were a very nice bunch of chaps to work with. It really goes without saying that we would unquestionably recommend tipis, and particularly MakaTipi, to the aspiring organisers of any such event.

Just sending a quick email to say thank you so much for providing our wonderful tipis for our wedding three weeks ago. They provided such a lovely venue for our rustic farm wedding and kept us dry and warm despite the persistent rain! We had so many compliments on the tipi and what a unique setting it was. Having both the chill out zone and the dance floor area provided very welcome and contrasting areas in the evening too.

Thanks so much for all your hard work during set up and set down. Thank you also for sorting our issues with power, apologies for the inconvenience that caused!
